As the name describes, the content of Oil is reduced from 7% to 1.25% of Tamarind Kernels. Tamarind Seeds after cleaned, Roasted, De-Husked, Color-Sorting, polishing is flacked and subjected to an Extraction Unit that removes Oil to form De-Oiled Tamarind Flakes or cake. These flakes are grinded to required particle size Free-Flowing Powder.
