Tamarind Kernel Powder Oiled (TKP Oiled) is a processed form of tamarind seed, enhanced with oil to improve its functional properties for various industrial applications.

TKP constitutes of:
Galactoxyloglucan polysaccharide 55%-60%
Lipids 6%
Proteins 15-18%
Also contains some percentage of Sugar, D-mannose and D-galactose
